Hi, I'm Kamela.

For 12 years, across healthcare, fitness, wellness, real estate, and tech, the job has been the same: find the story, build the systems around it, and measure what works so it gets sharper every cycle.

Most recently, I ran the entire marketing function for a B2B healthcare compliance firm. Here's what came out of it:

• A podcast that was never meant to be a sales channel. We put relationships first, because people buy from people, not logos. It grew 230%+ into the top 10% globally, and 29% of our guests became paying clients.
• An audience we earned. The email list doubled, the LinkedIn page grew 65%, and website traffic grew 61% year over year, almost entirely organically.
• Reporting that steered the work. Monthly and quarterly reports tied content to the business development pipeline, so the next quarter's plan came from data instead of vibes.

I work AI-native, and I don't mean I use ChatGPT sometimes. I work across Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, and I've built custom GPTs, plus a Claude-to-Asana integration before the official connector existed. (Side note: a few weeks later, the connector existed. Great minds.) I build review tools that keep quality high and the work moving efficiently. I also build for AEO and GEO, because more buyers are asking an AI than typing into a search bar, and your content should be what it answers with.

I'm no stranger to running a strategy meeting and then shipping the work. I've been a generalist, but my real expertise is marketing operations, analytics, and brand voice.

Away from my laptop, I host a meditation podcast, lift weights, and curl up with a personal development or fantasy book and a matcha. Curiosity is basically my hobby.
